Capitol Square Apartments

Dunn + Kiley was hired by Mile High Development and KTGY Architecture to design the site and landscape for a tight and steeply sloping urban property adjacent to Colorado’s State Capitol. The project includes 103 units of affordable housing in a 6-floor building. The site is part of the 5280 Loop and includes a mid-building roof amenity terrace.
