Financial House

Working with BMC Development and 42-40 Architects, Dunn + Kiley were tasked with creating a streetscape that complied with the CCN BID design guidelines and to create a desirable pocket garden off of the lobby for public and tenant use.  Working with the City of Denver and Cherry Creek North BID the project has added to the charm and pedestrian scale of the neighborhood.
