Sigua Highlands

Working for Fentress Architects, Dunn + Kiley prepared planning documents for a new master planned community of 5,000 new residences on a very steep and constrained site of 750 acres in the middle of Guam.  Dunn + Kiley’s created a set of plans that illustrate sound yet innovative planning principles of interconnected neighborhoods with a central community core. An integral open space network connects each of the residential neighborhoods with community facilities and the natural environment.
