Steamboat Master Plan
Dunn + Kiley was selected to lead a four month long base village master plan of Steamboat for Intrawest following a competitive proposal process. The scope of work included a market analysis study, determining infill development opportunities for the entire base village and the preparation of a presentation and master plan report for review by the Board of Directors.
The master plan includes review of a competitive set of similar resorts, property ownership analysis, zoning analysis, development opportunities and associated costs, pedestrian and service circulation as well as aesthetic improvements to the base village, Mt Werner Road and ways to enhance the arrival experience and brand of the resort.
